“The One who sailed the seas” is a fictional exhibition about ex-sailors and its made for the movie “Polarboy”.
You could say that on one hand its a fictional exhibition with its imaginary characters and enjoyable backstory. But on the other hand, its a cognitive experience about something very real, something that we can all relate to. It’s talking about grief that comes when you lose something that gave you everything you ever needed. In this case it`s ex-sailors who have lost their possibility to sail the seas again.
Project won photography category silver prize at ADCE*Estonia Design competition 2016.
